Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. We may receive and store the last four digits of your card, card type, and expiration date for display purposes.

  • Service Providers: OpenAI (image generation), Runway (video generation), HeyGen (talking heads), ElevenLabs (voice cloning), Stripe (payments), Resend (email)
  • Team Members: If you share characters with a team, other team members can access that content
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Generated content: Retained for 90 days for free tier, indefinitely for paid tiers
  • Deleted account data: Removed within 30 days of account deletion

8. Data Security
